The Zurich PR and communications agency open up has taken charge of media relations for professional services firm BDO Switzerland, and will also be serving as the company\u2019s media office. open up was selected on the basis of an agency evaluation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The collaboration with BDO, Switzerland\u2019s fifth-largest professional services company, will centre on media relations around its core topics and specialist events. BDO wants to increase awareness of its comprehensive expertise in accounting, auditing, tax and legal.<\/p>\n

With 34 offices and 1,300 employees, BDO has the densest branch network in the Swiss industry. Its clientele include small and medium-sized enterprises, listed companies, the public sector and non-profit organisations.<\/p>\n

Angela Luteijn, Head of Marketing and Communications at BDO, comments on the choice of open up as follows: \u00abWe were impressed by the agency\u2019s rich know-how around financial topics, as well as its media network throughout Switzerland.
