SENN is a family business operating in real estate development, planning and construction. Open up is supporting SENN with media relations and content production as part of a comprehensive digital campaign run in collaboration with digital marketing agency BlueGlass.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the Noerd in Zurich and Zwicky S\u00fcd in D\u00fcbendorf to the GRID Campus being built in Basel, just about everybody\u2019s familiar with SENN\u2019s developments. But few people outside the industry know SENN itself. To raise awareness of the company in its own right, SENN is stepping up its media relations and producing its own content based on its knowledge and expertise in real estate and architecture. In future it will be putting this out via its own channels.<\/p>\n

The SENN group encompasses several companies: Resources, Development, Construction and Technology. The St. Gallen-based business was established in 1965. Its core competence consists in substantially developing the value of land and property by systematically focusing on the needs of users and delivering architecturally sophisticated projects, cost-effectively.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn recent decades SENN has made a series of positive contributions to Swiss building culture. Examples include the Noerd for the FREITAG brothers, the Helsinki Dreispitz residential development in Basel for Herzog & de Meuron, and the multiple award-winning Zwicky S\u00fcd. We\u2019re currently working on further projects with Herzog & de Meuron in Zurich and Basel, EMI in Zurich and Strut in St. Gallen. The biggest of these is the GRID Campus around the Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area. So there are more good things to come,\u201d says Johannes Eisenhut, general manager of Senn Development AG. \u201cAnd next year we\u2019ll be moving to our new headquarters in the CORSO, St. Gallen.
