To foster leadership diversity and empower entrepreneurial talent, open up has decided to broaden its management structure. This strategic move brings in additional perspective, unlocks development potential, and creates growth opportunities for senior employees with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. As past of this initiative, two consultants have been appointed to the newly established extended management team: Nabila Bouzouina und Evelyne Oechslin will assume their new roles as of 1 July 2025, alongside their current client engagements.

Nabila Bouzouina drives the strategic expansion of open up’s growing Romandie business. Based in the Geneva office since its opening in 2021, she is dedicated to ensuring that clients are not only visible in the French-speaking landscape, but also relevant in their public relations efforts. Her career spans more than 15 years at international PR agencies, where she managed global accounts before relocating to Switzerland in 2012.

Evelyne Oechslin will take on responsibility for knowledge management at open up. Evelyne began her professional career as a radio and online journalist before transitioning into advertising and public relations. Since 2019, she has been part of open up’s Zurich team. Her background as a journalist and consultant gives her a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and media professionals, making her ideally positioned to strengthen knowledge sharing across the agency.

Working alongside the current management team – Christina Wahlstrand, Melanie Schneider, and Kilian Borter – Nabila Bouzouina and Evelyne Oechslin will contribute to shaping and evolving the agency’s strategic direction.
